This position is contingent upon contract award. Amentum is seeking a Senior Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analyst to support an upcoming Department of Energy (DOE) contract. The role involves supporting overt collection activities and making recommendations to synchronize, optimize, manage, and deconflict overt collection operations. Key responsibilities include: Developing and utilizing advanced queries to provide collection metrics supporting analytic products. Maintaining awareness of the DOE collection environment, enterprise capabilities, and limitations to advise collection management strategies effectively. Collecting and maintaining reporting, evaluation, and usage metrics to assist in collection management. Using intelligence tools for qualitative reviews of platform/collection performance. Identifying and reporting on Collection Management trends, issues, and highlights regularly. Leading the production of Collection Posture Statements, Operating Directives, Source Panel, Capabilities Statements, Integrated Collection Strategies, and Collection Emphasis Messages. Qualifications include: Possession of a U.S. government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS SCI). A Q clearance is highly preferred. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in geopolitical/national security studies or a related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree requirements. Formal HUMINT collection training from at least one recognized course (e.g., DSDC, AMSOC, ASOC, DATC, JMAS, ASOTC, AHOC, SCICC, FTC, or equivalent). Minimum of 15 years' experience in HUMINT collection and raw intelligence reporting. Proven excellent strategic-level debriefing and intelligence reporting skills.
