Requirements / Who we are looking for: Our client is seeking a UI Path developer. The role within the team will be responsible for assisting in driving the adoption and implementation of Robotic Process Automation across the company. 1+ years of experience in automation development utilizing UiPath. Experience gathering requirements and implementing solutions systematically. Analytics-driven mindset - capable of measuring the impact of RPA solutions on processes and teams. Intellectual curiosity - asking the why to find the best solutions. Technical understanding of APIs, HTML, and system integrations. Experience with system communication and integration. Strong prioritization and project management skills, including proactive communication. UiPath and RPA experience or a strong desire to learn is a plus. Knowledge of Python, .Net, C++, Java, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, XML, XSD, and REST API. Understanding of Document Object Model (DOM). Experience with S3 bucket integration is a plus. Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: Design, code, and automate functions using UiPath. Deploy automation solutions in sandbox and live environments. Analyze business requirements and propose solutions. Collect data and pursue continuous process improvements. Create a roadmap for automation process candidates. Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs. Design, test, and improve RPA processes. Participate in code reviews and team meetings. Offer technical solutions and effort estimates.
