Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our finance team and help optimize our cash and liquidity management strategies.

Position Summary:

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing day-to-day corporate treasury operations, ensuring adequate liquidity, executing cash management strategies, and supporting treasury-related reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a corporate treasury environment and a strong understanding of cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity across bank accounts.
  • Manage cash forecasting and prepare variance analyses.
  • Execute internal and external wire transfers and support payment processing activities.
  • Assist in managing banking relationships, including account setup and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies.
  • Support debt compliance and covenant reporting.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing treasury management systems and banking platforms.
  • Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to support strategic cash planning.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end treasury reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate treasury, banking, or finance environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
