What You’ll Do

• Design and implement processes to eliminate defects and raise the bar on quality
• Lead a team of 30 quality professionals, ensuring proper staffing, training, and support
• Own the quality reporting process—refining tools that give insight and drive results
• Collaborate closely with Plant Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams
• Participate in audits and product development meetings to embed quality from the start
• Partner with downstream processes to ensure smooth final inspections and compliance
• Use data (including warranty analysis) to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Uphold and evolve the company’s documented Quality Manual and procedures

Why You’re a Great Fit

• BS in Engineering or Technology with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Proven leader who takes initiative and drives results
• Hands-on, technical leader with a data-driven approach
• Skilled in structured problem-solving (RCCA, 8D) and risk mitigation
• Confident communicator and collaborator, comfortable influencing at all levels
• Technically strong with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with flexible hours
