Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Manager – Financial D365 F&O for our client to lead the strategic delivery, optimization, and governance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) across our enterprise. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in D365 F&O’s financial architecture, a strong understanding of enterprise finance operations, and experience managing global ERP programs.

You will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of D365 F&O financial implementations from discovery and design through deployment and support while ensuring alignment with business goals across retail, healthcare, and logistics domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of D365 F&O financial modules:
• General Ledger (GL) – Chart of accounts, financial dimensions, allocations, and consolidations
• Accounts Payable (AP) – Vendor management, invoice automation, payment processing
• Accounts Receivable (AR) – Customer invoicing, collections, credit management
• Fixed Assets (FA) – Asset acquisition, depreciation, and disposal
• Cash and Bank Management – Bank reconciliation, liquidity forecasting
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Budget control, planning, and variance analysis
• Project Accounting – Cost tracking, revenue recognition, WBS structures
• Drive global rollouts and localization of financial processes across multiple legal entities and regions.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to define business requirements and translate them into scalable D365 F&O solutions.
• Manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors across multiple time zones , ensuring delivery excellence and system integrity.
• Oversee data migration, dual-write integrations, and financial reporting using tools like Electronic Reporting (ER), Financial Reporter, and Power BI .
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, SOX , and industry-specific financial regulations.
• Lead change management, training, and user adoption strategies to maximize platform ROI.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams , ensuring alignment on solution architecture and roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on financial modules.
• Proven experience in retail, healthcare, or logistics industries, with an understanding of sector-specific financial workflows and compliance needs.
• Strong leadership experience managing global teams and multi-entity ERP environments .
• Deep understanding of D365 F&O architecture , including LCS, Azure DevOps, Data Entities, and Workflow Automation .
• Familiarity with Power Platform, dual-write, and integrations with external systems (e.g., payroll, banking, procurement).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
