Job Description The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a high-level professional whose activities will span the interface between the physicians and nurses managing the Oncology program at Benioff Children’s Hospital, San Francisco. The role involves acting as an independent team member, responsible for the safe delivery of care for inpatient pediatric oncology patients, along with some ambulatory responsibilities for follow-up care. The team member is expected to meet productivity expectations set by the Division Chief and perform duties related to patient care that are appropriate and clearly delineated.
