Are you detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to be part of a fast-paced print production team? Join us as Offset Press Feeder and support the daily operation of our high-performance sheet fed printing presses. In this role, you'll work closely with our Offset Press Operators to ensure jobs run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.

Job Summary:

The Offset Press Feeder supports the Offset Press Operator in the setup, operation, and maintenance of a sheet fed printing press. This role is critical in preparing materials for print runs, ensuring the consistent flow of paper, and maintaining the overall efficiency and quality of the press operation.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist the Offset Press Operator by gathering necessary supplies and preparing materials for each press run.
• Follow detailed online work instructions for each printed project.
• Monitor paper feed during operation, promptly identifying and resolving paper jams and feed issues.
• Help clean the press and cylinders, and assist with plate removal after each job..
• Follow company policies including quality and safety guidelines at all times.
• Complete all other responsibilities and assignments as required to successfully achieve the goals and objectives of this position.

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organization skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Basic Computer Proficiency

Education/Experience:

• Two years of related experience is required.
• Experience with Heidelberg and Komori feeders a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at a time.
• Ability to work long hours while standing and lifting heavy paper.
