Adriana's Insurance is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for both employees and clients. Your contribution is essential in maintaining a professional atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence.

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
• Empty trash bins and ensure recycling is disposed of properly.
• Maintain and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Assist in organizing office supplies and ensuring common areas are tidy.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Follow safety and health regulations while performing cleaning tasks.

• Previous experience as a cleaner or in a similar custodial role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks independently.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Reliable and punctual; ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Typically Monday through Friday 10 am to 7pm with potential weekend work.
