Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Deal Lawyer based in Austin, TX with the option for some remote work. The Deal Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, providing legal advice on deal structures, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

• Knowledge of Corporate, Intellectual Property, Technology, Internet, and Business Law
• Experience in deal structuring and compliance
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in Texas
• Experience in a law firm setting
