Metal Framing, Sheathing / Acoustical Ceiling Installer

We are seeking a self motivated individual with 4+ years of commercial metal framing/acoustical ceiling installation experience.
We offer piece rate/ per unit pay and travel expenses paid.

Ideal candidate should be able to perform the following tasks with little to no supervision:

• Read construction drawings and documents to complete jobs.
• Inventory and organize materials on site per schedule and noted locations.
• Understanding of metal framing materials, sheathing materials , and related components.
• Skills in accurately measuring and laying out spaces for metal framing and acoustical ceiling installation.
• Proficiency in cutting and fitting metal studs, tracks, and ceiling tiles to precise dimensions.
• Ability to install metal framing for walls, partitions, and ceilings according to specifications.
• Skills to efficiently install various sheathing materials such as plywood, cement board, drywall, and other sheet goods required for the job.
• Knowledge of various texturing techniques (e.g., orange peel, knockdown, smooth finish) and how to apply them.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• The employee is frequently required to stand for 8 hours or more; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
• The employee must regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and infrequently lift or move more than 100 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must have reliable transportation
