This role involves financial and cash handling duties including ensuring compliance with cash handling policies, balancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket sales, assisting management with pricing initiatives and ticket counts, and working with Premium Seat Sales/VIP on upgrades and reports. Customer service responsibilities include providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service in person and over the phone, facilitating night of show Will Call & Guest List operations, troubleshooting show issues, working with Guest Services/Operations on ADA requirements, and providing event knowledge and positive energy. Other duties include daily operations on Ticketmaster host system, following opening and closing procedures, maintaining call center phone system, assisting with box office cleanliness, updating spreadsheets, managing Lost & Found, and possibly covering 3rd party venues. Compliance with ADA ticket laws is required. Required qualifications include knowledge of cash handling, phone and in-person customer service, entry-level Microsoft applications skills, flexible schedule, tolerance of all cultures, and a high school diploma. Preferred qualifications include attention to detail, knowledge of ticket sales, experience in live entertainment operations, Ticketmaster host system experience, and experience identifying counterfeit cash/IDs.
